Two minutes. Four questions. No personal details.

Answer honestly — fault is the whole foundation of this service. If you’re not sure who was at fault, that’s fine: pick “not sure” and we’ll talk it through with you.

We can usually help when…

  • You were not at fault (or mostly not at fault) in the accident
  • Another vehicle was involved and you have the other driver's details
  • Your car is being repaired, is unroadworthy, or has been written off
  • You're in greater Melbourne (or your accident was)
  • You were the driver, or the registered owner of the damaged car

We generally can’t help when…

  • You were at fault, or no other vehicle was involved (e.g. you hit a pole or an animal)
  • Hit-and-run with no identifying details of the other driver
  • The at-fault driver can't be identified or their details are false
  • You need a car for reasons unrelated to a not-at-fault accident

Question 1 of 4

Who was at fault in the accident?

Edge case? Grey area? Just ask.

Shared fault, business vehicles, rideshare drivers, interstate insurers — we've seen it all. A two-minute call settles it.
