We can usually help when…
- You were not at fault (or mostly not at fault) in the accident
- Another vehicle was involved and you have the other driver's details
- Your car is being repaired, is unroadworthy, or has been written off
- You're in greater Melbourne (or your accident was)
- You were the driver, or the registered owner of the damaged car
We generally can’t help when…
- You were at fault, or no other vehicle was involved (e.g. you hit a pole or an animal)
- Hit-and-run with no identifying details of the other driver
- The at-fault driver can't be identified or their details are false
- You need a car for reasons unrelated to a not-at-fault accident
